Responsibilities:
As a Stores Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, including:

Completing operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Despatch)
Accepting incoming goods and verifying them against shipping documents
Checking incoming goods for visible damage and documenting findings
Ensuring the correct use of transport equipment
Capturing relevant data in data processing systems
Managing the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods
Organising regular stock maintenance and inventory
Assembling deliveries and reviewing for completeness and accuracy
Completing packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions
Adding corresponding shipping documents to outgoing goods
Facilitating transports inside and outside the premises using appropriate means of transportation

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven stores background
Computer literate
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Physically fit

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous forklift experience (training will be provided)
