Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met
  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements, tax returns, and VAT submissions
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, offering expert financial advice and business support
  • Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, providing training and professional development
  • Working closely with senior management and partners, supporting business growth and client expansion
  • Identifying opportunities for additional services, helping clients achieve their financial goals

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Strong experience in practice accountancy, working with a range of clients
  • Confident in managing a portfolio and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Experience in mentoring and training junior staff
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
