If you are excited by the prospect of joining a small but well established Diversity & Inclusion function then this role will be perfect for you. This fast growing global law firm are looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will shape and implement the D&I strategy for London and across Europe. In addition, you will act as a role model for the business and source of knowledge. This is a permanent role and will report into the Global Diversity Director. This is a terrific opportunity to collaborate within a global team as well as with senior stakeholders and management.

- Set and implement the D&I strategy and advise management on strategic priorities.
- Assist in devising action plans and targets to measure progress.
- Work closely with the Director of Global Diversity and the wider team globally to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing between the teams.
- Involvement in/take the lead on D&I projects (including a focus on career development and increasing diversity within the senior leadership teams).
- Network with other industry professionals and share best practice and new ideas.
- Build and manage a set of Diversity data that can be shared with clients and for internal reporting and external benchmarking purposes.
- Develop and implement initiatives specifically geared to impact development, retention and promotion of women, LGBTQ+, and racial/ethnic associates, including assessing and leveraging trends.
- Lead DE&I Focus group.
- Represent the firm by serving as a direct resource to internal and external clients on DE&I matters
- Contribute to the development and implementation of DE&I curricula and programming
- Provide expertise and support to existing and new mentoring programs to increase mentoring opportunities.
- Advise relevant committees, with respect to DE&I initiatives, including but not limited to, participating in committee meetings and conducting relevant research and analyses.
- Monitor current diversity trends, articles, reports, and benchmarks used in the legal industry, financial sector, and comparable professions.
Person Specification:
- Experience of working in a Diversity and Inclusion role at Management level
- The ability to drive forward the strategy and deliver creative ideas and solutions.
- The ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships.
- Demonstrable maturity, professionalism and gravitas.
- Act as a role model for the organisation and source of knowledge.
- Work with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve necessary outcomes.
