We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our client based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the sales team. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and providing essential support to the Sales Managers, with your efforts directly contributing to the team’s success and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Day to day duties will include:

• Sales generation, prospecting & market research
• Managing accounts and forging strong client relationships
• Assist with contract negotiations
• Coordinating the sales process from the enquiry stage through to delivery
• Attending industry events, conferences & trade shows.
