Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Advise clients on litigation risks, strategy, and potential outcomes.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and work towards achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
