Our client, a large pension provider based in the City of London, is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop, support, and maintain a CRM system using Dynamics 365, utilising C# and the .NET framework.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and work closely with technical and change teams to deliver software solutions aligned with the organisation's business needs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating IT changes related to the CRM, including business process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Skills:

• MS Dynamics 365 CRM
• Custom configuration
• C# and .NET framework
• Prior experience with VB.NET (desirable but not essential)
• Power Platform tools (desirable but not essential)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
