We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Estates Officer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Gloucestershire
Pay rate: £21 to £28 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

* All aspects of electrical maintenance on hospital sites

* Energy procurement and generation

* Planned maintenance, statutory works and HTM compliance

* Inspect engineering systems and equipment

* Produce correct certification and documentation

* Supervise electrical team and act as Authorised Person for electrical disciplines

* Work with estates department, direct labour and contracted labour
