We are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join one of our fabulous clients who are based in Uxbridge and who are looking to expand their team!

We are looking for someone who has worked in accounts payable and who has experience processing high volumes of invoices, along with someone who has a good eye for detail with great communication skills!

Accounts Payable Assistant Duties:

• Processing invoices
• Prepare payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Requesting credit and return notes
• Resolving invoice differences and queries
• Daily monitoring of accounts payable mailbox
