• Professional / Technical Qualification:Relevant discipline or experience in a similar role.
• Technical Expertise:HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other technical / engineering discipline, NEBOSH certification.
• Regulatory Knowledge:Understanding of statutory regulations related to engineering, construction, and buildings. Broad understanding of different forms of contract.
• Safety Regulations:Conversant with Asbestos, Fire Safety, and Health & Safety regulations and codes of practice.
• Customer Focus:Experience in a customer-focused environment with a strong understanding of client customer care.
