Due to internal promotion, we're on the hunt for a new Product Manager. You'll join a fantastic team and play a key role in identifying new routes to market, from development to certification & compliance.

About the role
* You'll develop and maintain expertise on the product range, launching new products from concept to market, driving innovation in fire protection solutions.
* Carry out market analysis to track competitor products and industry trends, ensuring the business is always at the forefront of innovation.
* Lead new product initiatives making sure they comply with industry standards.
* Work closely with the design team to manage documentation for planning, testing, certification and drawings.
* Liaise with external testing facilities to coordinate product testing.
* Obtain necessary test evidence to ensure products comply with safety regulations.
* Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, assisting with product applications, test data interpretation and safety solutions.
* Maintain internal systems and CRM for planning and fire auditing fire tests.
About you
* You'll have IFE Level 2 & 3 in Passive Fire Protection (or willingness to learn) is essential.
* You'll be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders with ease.
* Come from a strong background in product management, engineering or technical sales and be passionate about fire safety.
* Strong report writing, great attention to detail and be a champion for quality.
* Experienced in using digital tools with the ability to interpret technical and CAD drawings.
* Used to gathering test evidence and comparing competitor product information to support product launches.
* Innovative thinker with a keen interest in fire safety.
* Be a true team-player, working closely with internal teams.
