Night QA - Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (nights) 10PM to 6am

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

CSP Recruitment is hiring a Night QA & Hygiene Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food safety, quality, and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee night shift hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet internal and legal standards.

* Monitor HACCP & food safety compliance, identifying and resolving non-conformances.

* Conduct internal audits (CCP, GMP, Glass & Plastic, etc.).

* Perform sampling, swabbing, and external lab testing.

* Collaborate with production, hygiene, and engineering teams to address technical issues.

* Ensure all process-related documentation is completed and compliant.

* Promote continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in food manufacturing (training provided).

* Knowledge of HACCP & food safety standards (desirable).

* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team.

* A proactive approach with problem-solving skills.
