Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with an approx. value of £45m

This opportunity as a Senior Project Manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to an Operation Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

• Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
• Responsible for managing a full site team
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
• Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
• Temporarily Oversee the M&E package in the early stages of the scheme.

• Proven Track record as a Project manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments.
• Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
• CSCS Black
• NVQ level 6
• Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.

• Salary: Up to £70k + £5k car allowance
