Pay: £14-£17 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week

An established accident repair centre in South East London is seeking an experienced Prepper to join their team. This role requires a skilled professional who can hit the ground running, with no training provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

Prepare vehicle panels for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking
Ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for the paint process
Carry out minor filler work where necessary
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace

Requirements

Previous experience in vehicle preparation within a body shop or accident repair centre
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No training provided - must be fully competent in all aspects of prep work
