Job Title: Service/Maintenance AV Engineer

Job Description: A skilled and proactive Service/Maintenance AV Engineer is sought to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on audio-visual systems across residential properties. This role is vital in ensuring that all AV equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of audio-visual systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in audio, video, and control systems.
- Carry out emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with contractors and external service providers as needed.

- Full UK driving licence is essential.
