The role:
We are now seeking a Contracts Manager to organise and manage contracts, ensuring quality, safety and programme objectives are achieved.

Accredited by CHAS, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, ARCA, and Competent Roofer (CERTASS)

The Person:
Relevant experience in roofing and cladding projects

Experience working with Tier 1 Contractors

Gold CSCS card minimum (essential)

Previous managerial experience

What you will have:
Experience with some or all of the following:
Industrial & Commercial Re-Roofing,Felt Membranes,Repair & Maintenance,Skylights,Gutter Liners and Cladding and Sheeting
