The Role As an FM Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of hard M&E maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:

* Producing extra works quotations and responding efficiently to reactive maintenance tasks.

* Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

* Relevant qualifications in M&E services and facilities management.

* Health and safety certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.

* Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project budgets.
