I am actively recruiting a specialist Charities Audit and Accounts Manager for an award winning Top 30 firm based in modern offices in Central London. This is a progressive role, with the current Charities Partner looking to hire future leaders in the business who can develop into Audit RI's.

Charities Audit and Accounts Manager Responsibilities:

• Split of work include 70% audit and 30% accounts
• Clients are house hold name Charities, and Not-for-Profit Businesses of various sizes including Education
• Full responsibility for WIP control, billing procedures and debtor control
• Lead, manage, develop and coach an effective audit team
• Monitor and control the audit team - review the teams work,
• Oversee and control completion of audit assignments including assessing controls, systems and planning
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities; think strategically by understanding the client's needs, their business and key risks
• Manage team and individual budgets and performance objectives
• Business development - identify and win new clients

Charities Audit and Accounts Manager Requirements:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA with proven charities experience
• Experience of leading and managing an audit team
• Track record in business development, contributing to proposal delivery
• Experience working with software such as Microsoft, Caseware, Digita, Practice Engine, Sage, Xero
