Registered Manager - New EBD Children's Home
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to shape and lead a brand-new children's home?
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Manager to take the helm of a newly renovated three-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home. This is a unique opportunity to establish and develop a high-quality service that makes a real difference in the lives of young people.
Key Information:- Brand-new service - the first home within a growing organisation
- Three-bed EBD home with completed renovations
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
- Proven track record of working with Ofsted, achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
- Strong leadership and management skills
- In-depth knowledge of children's residential care regulations and compliance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
The Role:- Register, lead and manage the home to ensure high standards of care and compliance
- Build and develop a skilled, motivated, and supportive staff team
- Ensure the home provides a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment for young people
- Drive continuous improvement and work towards achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
