We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager for our clients well known Domiciliary Care service!

The Role Includes:

* To already be/become CQC registered

* To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC standards

* To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events

* Ensuring clients receive appropriate care to their needs and maintain high standards of care

* To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they receive the appropriate training necessary for their role

* Be able to work closely with the Business Manager to help grow the Business
