We are currently seeking an Product Developer / Account Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in the Sportswear & Athleisure sector. This role will focus on driving the development of innovative, high-performance technical sportswear products, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from concept to delivery.

Product Developer Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

* Collaborate closely with the product development teams to bring innovative technical sportswear and athleisure concepts to life.

* Drive the product development process from design and prototyping through to production.

* Understand client needs and translate them into product specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient product launch cycles.

* Provide expert insights on technical fabrics, garment construction, and emerging trends within the sportswear and athleisure industries.

Product Developer Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in account management, product development, or a similar role within the sportswear, athleisure, or technical apparel.

* In-depth knowledge of product design and development processes, with a focus on technical sportswear.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

* A passion for innovation and a keen understanding of the technical aspects of performance fabrics and materials.

* A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
