Your Role

As a Senior Engineer, you'll design and develop cutting-edge transmission and driveline systems using advanced tools and techniques. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop transmission and driveline systems using simulation and prototyping tools.

* Innovate and refine analysis methods to push the boundaries of driveline engineering.

* Deliver technical work packages and manage small to medium projects.

* Specify materials and processes for precision components.

* Present designs and proposals confidently to peers, clients, and technical forums.

* Mentor team members and support capability growth within the engineering function.

* Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Your Skills & Qualifications

* Degree (2:1 or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

* Proven experience in transmission design, analysis, and simulation.

* Proficiency in key engineering tools (e.g., SMT MASTA, Romax, Creo, Ansys, etc.).

* Strong problem-solving skills and a record of innovation in drivetrain engineering.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
