We are hiring!! Are you an HR & Payroll Administrator? Why not give us a shout if you want a new challenge! This role supports the goals of the Talent Department (HR Department) & wider business operations by managing day-to-day administrative duties across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, learning & development, and employee engagement.

As a key member of the Talent Team, this role ensures a seamless & compliant employee experience while championing POD’s values & culture. The Talent & Payroll Administrator will collaborate closely with other departments, fostering strong working relationships to ensure smooth operations and consistent communication across the business.

The Talent (HR) & Payroll Administrator will focus on delivering the following key objectives:

- Promoting POD Values & Culture across the organisation.

- Supporting POD’s long-term & short-term goals.

- Ensuring the employee lifecycle (from hire to exit) is documented & compliant.

- Actively supporting training, learning & development initiatives.

- Managing staff salaries with accuracy & timeliness.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, reporting, & basic formulas.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint or Canva for creating visual content.
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working with payroll systems or HR software (desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve issues efficiently.
