Cover Supervisor

Contract: Full-time

Location: Boston

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £85 - £120 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a reputable school in Boston. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain classroom experience and make a positive impact on students' education.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure students remain focused on their tasks and maintain a positive learning environment.
Follow the provided lesson plans and instructions.
Address any immediate issues or concerns within the classroom.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
