This is a great opportunity, working alongside a great team. My client is a well established award winning company working with a strong pipeline of projects throughout 2025.

The Role:

• Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £200k up to £15m
• Prepare tender packages
• Site Measurements when required
• Work closely with subcontractors for procurement
• Site visits where necessary
• Cost planning
• Value Engineering where required
• Working with the client to produce competitve cost plans / tenders for the project delivery

This well established and respected contractor is looking for:

• Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer or subcontractor)
• Negotiation skills
• Team Player
• Self starter and organisational skills

Role: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Location: Chichester

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Upto £65k + Mileage
