JGA are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation looking to add a Payroll Advisor to its team!

This role has a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office a week.

Responsibilities include:

Working with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time
Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers
Provide support to cross functional teams as requested
Ensure integrity and security of all payroll data
Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the department
Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company
Assist with Year End processing for multiple companies
Support other departments with any ad-hoc requests   
Skills & experience required:

Payroll experience
Experience of working in a team
Experience working in a fast paced working environment
The ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
Continuous improvement and curious mindset
Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and compliance
Adherence to payroll and statutory deadlines
Be proficient with Microsoft Office software
Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and a keen eye for detail
Ability to organise and prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines
Strong diligent analytical skills to breakdown problems
Experience of Zellis HCM/ResourceLink payroll system
