Responsibilities:

Our client, a prominent manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced Slitting Operative to join their dynamic team. If you are a skilled operator with a strong background in machine setup, operation, and quality checking, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of Ashe, Eldec, or Atlas slitting machines. Your expertise in machine operation and attention to detail will ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity. To ensure a perfect fit for this role, applicants will be required to complete an aptitude test involving machine set up. Therefore, we kindly request that only candidates with relevant experience apply.

Key responsibilities:

Perform machine set up to ensure accurate and efficient slitting operations
Operate and monitor slitting machines to maintain productivity and quality standards
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or equipment malfunctions
