Role - Engineering Recruitment Consultant

Salary - From £26,500 + uncapped commission

Location - Thorpe Astley, Leicestershire.

Due to growth, More Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Leicester Office. We are based in Meridian Business Park, Leicester.

We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into Industrial and driving and engineering sectors across the East Midlands area.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the engineering sector, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities for the Engineering Recruitment Consultant :

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically within the engineering sector.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients and candidates.

* Conduct thorough candidate interviews and technical assessments.

* Provide expert advice and market insights to clients within the engineering industry.

* Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

* Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the engineering sector.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would require:

* Previous experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering recruitment.

* Strong understanding of engineering recruitment processes and best practices

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed.

* Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients

* You will need to have experience in sales over the phone and in person

* Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the engineering industry.

* A driving license is desirable

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Due to the type of role this is we would really like the right person to have at least 1 years' experience working in an agency.
