Morela is supporting an exciting AI startup in their search for a Junior AI Engineer to support client adoption and integration of AI solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their tech careers to build hands-on experience in AI and machine learning deployment. You'll work within the Client Success team to help clients unlock the full potential of AI solutions, collaborating with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering to solve real-world challenges.

This AI startup's Client Success team partners with organizations across various industries, guiding them through the process of adopting AI technologies, including Palantir and in-house AI solutions. As a Junior AI Engineer, you'll gain exposure to a diverse set of clients at different stages in their AI journey, providing you with an understanding of how AI can create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client Enablement: Help run use case sessions, gathering knowledge on AI use cases across industries and regions.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect client feedback to pass along to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
Seamless Client Transitions: Work with Sales and other teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential issues in client usage and work with teams to find solutions, improving client satisfaction and retention.
