Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects in a commercial office environment.

* Supervise a team of 2 established engineers.

* Toolbox Talks and Day To Day organisation.

* Equipment includes 4 AHU's, 2 Generators and 6 Boilers.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

* Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

* Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and project expenses.

* Liaise with the current Facilities Manager and in effect be their right hand engineer on everything technical.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3

* SSSTS

* Experience as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer is essential.

* Knowledge of relevant equipment and a commercial environment.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

* Willingness to cover engineers annual leave where necessary
