Senior Corporate Account Handler

This role offers the chance to manage and broker your own client accounts, working with an extensive range of markets and large, diverse commercial programs across the UK, Europe, and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare pre-renewal documentation and renewal reports for Account Executives.
  • Manage all broking activities for your allocated client book.
  • Develop and maintain strong trading relationships with insurers.
  • Access and leverage an extensive number of markets to deliver optimal outcomes.

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the insurance industry, with a detailed knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and dynamics.
  • Skills: Multi-class specialisms are ideal, with strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) and excellent attention to detail.
  • Personality: An effective listener, eloquent communicator, and someone who acts with the highest integrity and professionalism.
  • Mindset: Highly organised, able to multitask, and capable of working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
