Electrical Supervisor

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Leicester who specialize in commercial and industrial installations.

Due to expansion, they are currently looking for Electrical Supervisors to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary negotiable + package including van + fuel card

Job Duties and responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Oversee electrical installations and ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.

* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

* Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to address any concerns or requests.

* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required

Position Requirements:

* 18th edition

* 2391 Test and Inspection (advantageous)

* C&G Level 3

* IPAF/ PASMA (advantageous)

* SSSTS (advantageouss)

* ECS/CSCS card
