Management Accountant - Hull - Up to £40,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be supporting a well-respected and highly successful manufacturing business in the Hull area, who are currently seeking a driven Management Accountant to join their Finance Team on a minimum 6-month contract basis with potential of extending longer term.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business who pride themselves on their employee-focused ethos. In this role you'll focus on providing accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, with a view to enhance on details and commentary for P&L packs and variances.

Free productsManagement Accountant Responsibilities:
Producing weekly management accounts, reporting and commentary
Reviewing spending control with stakeholders regularly
Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliation
Overseeing month-end management accounts including Group packs
Hold regular reviews with stakeholders with the focus on spending control
Managing company credit card expenses
Assisting in the capex processes
Reviewing and improving processes, reporting and systemsRequired Skills & Experience:
Part/Newly qualified or strong QBE
Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication skills, personable and able to collaborate effectively within a team
