🔑 Your Day-to-Day:

Welcome and engage potential buyers with a warm, professional approach

Conduct show home viewings, expertly guiding customers through the home-buying journey
*
Build strong relationships to convert leads into reservations and completed sales
*
Maintain CRM systems, complete paperwork with accuracy, and liaise with solicitors and mortgage brokers
*
Work collaboratively with the site team to ensure properties are delivered to the highest standard
*
Represent our brand with pride, ensuring every customer experience is first-class

Previous sales experience in property, new homes, or a customer-focused retail sales role
