Float EA - Private Equity - City £50,000 - £55,000Are you an adaptable, willing and efficient EA with a background supporting various teams within Financial Services? This may be the role for you!My client is a globally recognised Financial Services firm looking for a Float EA to provide executive level support to a range of teams. You will work within a supportive network of EAs, covering as needed. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Float EA, experience contracting/temping or experience in a role that has involved varying teams.THE ROLE:

• Covering for other EAs as required 
• Ever-changing diary management globally 
• Multi-stop, international travel arrangements 
• Visa's, itineraries, agenda's etc.
• Managing expenses 
• Producing agenda's, reports, presentations and other documents 
• Supporting with general admin duties 
• Coordinating events as needed

THE PERSON

• Proven experience as a Float EA/background with contract roles giving exposure to different environments and teams
• Financial Services experience is ESSENTIAL
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
• Hands-on and happy to assist wherever needed
