With 45 covers in the restaurant and the bar seating around 20, the restaurant currently offers a dinner service only.As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be * Responsible for the day to day running of the front of house and service* Priorising jobs * Leading, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing* Working as part of a close knit team* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer* Working closely with the owners to drive and evolve the business * Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOHRestaurant opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 5.30pm - 11pm/11.30pm You, as our ideal candidate would * Be Restaurant General Manager or an Assistant/Deputy General Manager looking for a step up* Have a strong background within fine dining, high quality, fresh food restaurants* Have good financial acumen and understanding for budgets and P&L* Hold exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation* Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic with an open mind and a keenness to develop* Have excellent communication and organizational skills* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed * Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solveInterested?
