Graduate Training Programme: 3-4 Weeks

Complete an intensive 3-4 week training programme in Ipswich (accommodation will be provided)
Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company's product range
Develop your sales skills and complete formal sales training
Be mentored by a dynamic, motivated and successful manager
Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environmentProgression to Field Sales: Month 2 and Beyond

Travel and build strong relationships with key B2B customers across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and West Norfolk
Be at the forefront of representing the business by both winning new business and growing existing accounts
Present, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of customers
Manage your customer accounts and diary

As a Graduate Trainee Sales Manager, you will receive:

Starting salary of £27,000 - £29,000
