What Will You Bring to the Role?

We're seeking passionate individuals who have:

Recent experience in a supervisory or management role within Hotels
Extensive hands-on experience in a hotel environment, especially in areas like Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping
A knack for thriving in high-pressure situations while meeting targets and deadlines
Strong communication and self-motivation skills
GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above, or equivalent key skills)
The ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications (But Not Essential):

NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervision
BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
