Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s market leading client are looking to add a Management Accountant to the current team. This role is perfect for a newly qualified Accountant or Qualified by experience either from Practice or Industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Preparation of monthly management accounts to support decision maker purposes.
• Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns
• Production and assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Liaising with internal and external auditors with financial information when required.
• Production of month end reports required by stakeholders
• Balance sheet, accruals and prepayment and payroll reconciliations.
• Analysis of cash movements in bank
• Completing daily bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring any inaccuracies are highlighted and actioned.
• Drive forward continuous improvement processes
• Assist the finance team with ad hoc projects when required.

  Experience required:

• ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified. Or QBE Accountants with (2-3 years’ experience) will be considered.
• Able to work to challenging deadlines.
• Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
