We are partnering with a leading training provider to find a talented Office-Based Administrator. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and customer service within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Engagement team with essential administrative tasks to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner to enhance communication efficiency.
- Accurately log and manage documentation for Applicants, Learners, and Employers within company systems, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to support a cohesive working environment.
- Offer valuable information and guidance while effectively resolving queries to guarantee high levels of satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
Person Specification:
Essential Requirements:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, with proven prioritization and organizational abilities
- Proficient in IT, with good typing skills and comfortable using a range of software applications, including email and office tools
- A collaborative team player who can take direction and work well with diverse teams
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus!
