As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include…

* Liaising with customers on quotes/new business/adjustments/renewals/claims

* Delivering an excellent underwriting service on an 'advised basis' (arranging cover & administering policies).

* Providing friendly, efficient & tailored client advice, in line with FCA reqs.

* Driving sales and meet individual targets

* Handling customer enquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships

* Maintaining product & industry knowledge up to date via CPD

We are looking for a Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience…

* Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred

* Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

* Strong relationship building, communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Organised, motivated, proactive, driven and ambitious

* Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and systems

In return, the successful Sales Advisor will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
