Requirements
Core Attributes:

- Possess exceptional design sensibility, as shown in your portfolio
- Proactive with a strong eagerness to learn

Technical Expertise
- Proficient in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Bring 3-5 years of practical, hands-on experience
