Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a project support officer to be engaged on a permanent basis within the Nuclear sector in Bristol.

Activities to be carried out:

Support on project deliverable production
Creating EDMS (easyDoc) placeholders for project deliverables when needed
Managing interfaces with EPR-E UK Doc Control for CIBOP deliverables
workflows as well as with CNEPE stakeholders to initiate documentation
from ECM in Easydoc
Ensure templates consistencies (transferring reports to correct templates when required)
Ensuring metadata of documents in easyDoc are correct before WF
Ensuring easyDoc/paladin consistency,
Supporting preparation of Maturity Reviews power points,
Support to project team leads
Supporting newcomers onboarding
Managing New comers access and escorting them
Managing various tools access for the team Supporting Group Leads for update of Org charts
