Job Title: Recruitment Admin

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Ellesmere Port

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months with potential to be extended

Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8.30am-5pm, Thursday-Friday 8.30am-4pm

Pay rate: £14.55-£15.59 p/hour

Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews and engage hiring managers
Post job ads, source CVs, and shortlist candidates
Utilise Excel for tracking and reporting
Write engaging job descriptions and adverts

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven recruitment experience
Proficient in Excel (confident with formulas)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Methodical approach to screening CVs
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Tech savvyDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Familiarity with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
Experience in specialist roles

Technologies:

Microsoft Office Suite
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Chat GPT
