We are looking to recruit the following:
Position Available: Envelope Manager
Duration: 7-month+ placement starting June 1st
Location: Abergavenny
PAYE payment option only-no CIS or Limited
Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of windows, doors, brickwork, and scaffold on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Manage safety protocols and procedures related to envelope construction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction management, particularly in envelope-related projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
The role will involve IT Skills as the QA will be iPad / laptop-based
Working Hours:
June, July, August, September: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday
October, November, December: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Friday
