An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Plumber to join a leading heating company covering their Southwark contract.

Working off a schedule of rates you can expect to earn excess of £65k+.

The role is a mixture of installation, maintenance and fault finding working on district heating systems in residential and commercial properties.

* £36,000 base salary

* £4,680.00 call out standby

* Call out (1 in 5 weeks - calls outs paid extra)

* Schedule of rates (e.g. work an 8-hour day, on average charge 14 hours which equals £242.34 per day)

* Van & fuel card

* Weekly pay

* Plant & stock provided

* Uniform, mobile phone & tablet provided

* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

* Pension - Company contribution 3% - Personal contribution 5%

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating and have experience working with HIU's.
