Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning of all cooking utensils as required by the culinary team.
• Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and glassware is professionally cleaned before and after use.
• Communicating with the kitchen team and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with our company policy.
• Adhering to all policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
• Housekeeping - Cleaning kitchen, sweeping & mopping floors, removing waste correctly into the appropriate areas and any other duties required.

Pay Rate

£12.00 per hour + holiday pay.

Requirements for the role

• Previous Kitchen Porter experience within a professional kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills.
• A Positive and Friendly attitude.
• Good timekeeping.
• High standards of Hygiene and Cleanliness.
• Able to preform well and complete tasks within a busy environment.
