Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for a KS1 Teaching role for the new Academic year?

Academics are recruiting on behalf of a 'Good' Primary school in Southampton - they are seeking a friendly, positive and energetic individual to join their team on a full time basis fixed term contract (maternity cover)

You will be expected to bring excellent classroom practice, with an outstanding ability to engage and enthuse children. It is also important you have the ability to develop secure relationships with children, colleagues and families.

assisting pupils in developing reading and numeracy skills: as a KS1 teacher, you will be required to build on the basic numeracy and literacy skills developed in the KS1 class. Your job is to help pupils develop reading skills, improve their creativity in writing fictional stories and poetry, and teach them mathematical computations.

You will be required to carry out full teaching responsibilites, the school encourage their staff to bring fresh ideas into the classroom, ensuring engaging and dynamic lessons. With the schools comprehensive professional development opportunities, you can continuously grow as an educator, expanding your skills and knowledge.
