All Square Recruitment are recruiting Production Operatives for a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity in Chelmsford, Essex.

Production Operative - Responsibilities

* Produce components and assemble cable units with high accuracy, following detailed technical drawings and specifications.

* Conduct thorough quality checks on each sub-assembly to ensure all components meet company standards for performance and durability.

* Safely operate hand tools and machinery required for sub-assembly, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

* Maintain detailed records of production processes, ensuring all assemblies are fully traceable.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Experience required

* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or production

* Skilled in using assembly tools and handling small components, with an ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Able to work well within a team, communicate effectively, and follow detailed instructions.

* Comfortable with manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and working with small components.
