The Job

* Build strong relationships with customers

* Deliver a positive customer experience

* Administer service/maintenance contracts and renewal agreements

* Generate quotes and follow up

* Assign and track jobs through to completion

* Coordinate subcontractor support

* Manage parts ordering, maintain stock levels and confirm deliveries

* Lead efforts to complete work in progress

* Analyse completed jobs, generate quotes for additional work and arrange follow-up visits

* Manage job costing, ensuring accuracy and profitability

* Create and issue RAMS

* Work finance to meet revenue goals and resolve aged debt

What You'll Need

Essential

* Previous experience within a similar role; Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Scheduler

* Excellent customer service, administration and coordination skills

* Ability to communicate technical information

* Desire to learn and develop technical knowledge

* Maths and English GCSE A-C (or equivalent).

* Computer literate - competent in MS Office

Desirable

* Knowledge of SAP

* Experience of planning/scheduling
