Are you an experienced Supplier Quality professional with a passion for ensuring excellence in automotive engineering? Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team, where your expertise will drive quality improvements and enhance supplier performance across a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Supplier Quality Engineer:

Parts Quality Planning:

Deliver quality planning tools, including lessons learned, risk assessments, and QTR facilitation.
Ensure seamless application of Quality Planning tools (QPN-i) in line with business targets.

Part Maturation and Approval:

Manage the part approval process, including Meisterbock activities and supplier management.
Analyze capacity and resolve supplier-related issues to maintain quality standards.

Product Quality Targets:

Drive initiatives to meet pre-series and series vehicle quality objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with warranty and PDI standards.

Supplier Improvement:

Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies.
Apply advanced problem-solving techniques to establish root causes and implement effective solutions.
Share insights through presentations and create actionable lessons learned.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Represent Supplier Quality at key internal and external committees.
Support Supplier Quality Manager in operational and strategic deliverables.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience in automotive supplier quality management at an OEM or supplier.
Proficiency in quality planning, analytical techniques, and advanced problem-solving methods (e.g., Six Sigma, DoE, DMAIC).
Proven ability to deliver results under time and cost constraints.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Practical knowledge across multiple commodities or expertise in a specific area (e.g., electrical systems).
Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering (HNC/HND with extensive relevant experience will be considered).
Membership in a relevant professional institution is advantageous.
Full driving license required.
